For a monthly membership fee, Big Tree connects you with a medical professional who can walk you through the process. Your medical expert can help you to create a custom diet plan based on your lifestyle and needs. They will also create a long-term plan to help you maintain a healthy weight. The best part? Communicating with your medical professional can take place via video call or at one of our in-person clinics. Losing weight is never easy, but now finding affordable, accessible professional help can be. Medication for weight loss is generally indicated for patients with a Body Mass Index over 30mg/kg2 or above 27mg/kg2 with certain risk factors.

The majority of our weight loss patients are using our $55/month Virtual membership because most insurance companies are not paying for weight loss visits. Even with our 3 month minimum commitment, it's still a savings versus what one visit charged to insurance could be.
How much do the weight loss medications cost?

We have less expensive alternatives to the name brand medications if insurance won't pay for those. Your provider can go over it with you.

Semaglutide from a compounding pharmacy could cost about $220-$325 range.

Tirzepatide can also be sent to the compound pharmacy and is around $200-$450 a month, depending on dosage.

Does your office prescribe Phentermine?

Yes, we offer that as an appetite suppressant if you and your provider decide that is the best option. An in-person appointment is required every 3 months.
What is the difference between Name Brand verses compounded medications?

Compounded versions are the generic versions that contain the same active ingredient(s).
