  • I see my state listed on your site, but when I click it there are no providers listed. Does that mean that you are not currently serving my state?

    If no providers are listed, we do not have anyone in that state accepting new patients, but keep checking back and follow us on facebook for updates as we add more providers and locations.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Message us in Spruce or text/call (573) 814-1170 and our Billing Department will take care of that for you.

  • How do I renew my membership?

  • I have a virtual appointment with my provider. How do I access this?

    Your provider will call you in Spruce, so have the app open a few minutes before your appointment time. If it's a few minutes past your appointment time, hang tight, they could be running a few minutes late but they will get back to you ASAP.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    Call/text (573) 814-1170 or message us in Spruce and we can get you scheduled with your provider.

  • Does Big Tree offer any counseling services?

    Counseling is $80. $50 copay if you're a member of Big Tree Plus. We DO NOT accept insurance at this time.

  • What does Name Brand verses compound medications mean?

    Compounded versions are the generic versions that contain the same active ingredient.
