Jen won Inside Columbia’s Top 100 Influential People in Columbia Missouri of All Time, Columbia Daily Tribune’s Emerging Business Woman of the Year in 2012, and Best Rester in Kindergarten, but no one believes that anymore because she doesn’t like naps and she starts her morning at 4:35am every day. She is also the founder and Board President of City of Refuge, a non-profit she started to help refugees who have been settled in Columbia, Missouri. Outside of work she is a runner and must accomplish her daily move goal on her Apple Watch. She has a streak that has lasted a couple years. If she wasn’t working at Big Tree, she would either work for City of Refuge or Veterans United, one of her favorite companies. Her favorite thing to do is get prizes and presents for her employees.
