Brandi does not prescribe controlled substances in Virginia.

Brandi is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Born and raised in Georgia, Brandi graduated from Brenau University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science in 2000, followed by a Masters of Nursing Science degree in 2006.

Throughout her entire nursing career, Brandi’s main focus has been in emergency medicine. She began her career in Georgia’s oldest hospital, which continues to have one of the country’s most distinguished cardiac and vascular programs. Brandi has also worked in several large trauma centers along the east coast from Georgia to Virginia, serving in multiple positions from staff nurse, cardiac clinical resource nurse, to nurse practitioner.

She has also expanded her career working as a clinical adjunct in the nursing department for multiple colleges, the home healthcare realm providing services to at-risk individuals, and working as a provider in remote villages throughout the Bering Strait region of Alaska. Brandi remains a current member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
